Apartments Development, Glenageary

This project is located on a prominent corner site in Glenageary Village, South Co. Dublin. The site is bound together by three streets, Adelaide Road, Hudson Road and St Paul’s Terrace. The accommodation includes eight apartment units with winter gardens, at ground, first and second floor level.

The building is conceived a peninsula extending from the existing terrace of low-density houses. The building is shaped by a rotating apartment plan, each separate apartment addressing each of the three streets binding the site. Large winter balconies hang for the sides of building, overlooking the public street.

An elevated external courtyard garden located to the rear of the building and is accessible by all of the apartments. An enclosed landscaped garden is provided between the footpath and the building line respecting the suburban nature of the site.
